2012 College Football Rankings: Final Coaches Poll Leaves Missouri Out Of Top 25

The 2011-12 NCAA season has come to a close, and the Missouri Tigers are on the outside of the Top 25 looking in.

The Missouri Tigers (8-5) couldn't quite work their way back into the Top 25 by the end of the 2011-12 NCAA Football season. Even after their win over the North Carolina Tar Heels in the Independence Bowl, the Tigers still failed to move up enough to reach high ground. They did come in as the team with the second-highest number of votes outside the rankings with 33 votes, slightly behind the Northern Illinois Huskies' 36 votes.

As for the rest of the Big 12, the Oklahoma State Cowboys earned the No. 3 spot, the Baylor Bears jumped to No. 12, the Oklahoma Sooners moved up to No. 15 and the Kansas State Wildcats fell to No. 16. Here is a look at the complete rankings in the final coaches poll:
