Giants Vs. Cardinals Lineups: Rafael Furcal Sits Out On Wednesday

The St. Louis Cardinals are mixing up their lineup for Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants, giving starting shortstop Rafael Furcal the day off among other changes. The team is also rolling out a new left side of the infield, as Allen Craig and Skip Schumaker are sitting out after playing on Tuesday.

In their place, Daniel Descalso is getting a rare start at shortstop, while Matt Carpenter is covering first base and Tyler Greene gets the nod at second base.
