Brandt Snedeker captured the FedEx Cup on Sunday, after winning the Tour Championship.
Brandt Snedeker claimed the 2012 FedEx Cup on Sunday, after winning the 2012 Tour Championship with a 10-under performance, pushing him past Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Nick Watney and Phil Mickelson in the FedEx cup standings.
Snedeker entered the weekend needing to win the Tour Championship in order to clinch the FedEx Cup -- and he did just that. Justin Rose finished in second place at the Tour Championship, three strokes off of Snedeker's pace. Woods finished at 2-under, while McIlroy finished at 1-under.
Rose, with his second place finish at the Tour Championship, moved from No. 24 to No. 6 in the final FedEx Cup standings -- the largest rise of any golfer this week.
The entire FedEx Cup standings can be found over at the PGA Tour's official website.
