2012 NHL All-Star Draft: Blues' Brian Elliott Goes To Team Alfredsson In 7th Round

St. Louis Blues goaltender Brian Elliott will play on Daniel Alfredsson's All-Star team on Sunday.

Elliott was selected in the 7th round during the NHL All-Star Player Fantasy Draft, which was televised live on NBC Sports Network on Thursday night to kick off All-Star Weekend in Ottawa.

Elliott is 15-5-2 with a 1.69 goals against average and .938 save percentage for the Blues this season. He leads the NHL in both GAA and save percentage.

According to All-Star draft rules, both teams must select three goaltenders by the end of the 10th round and six defensemen by the end of the 15th.

The 2012 All-Star game is slated for 4:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, Jan. 29.
