The Cardinals travel to Wrigley Field to face the Cubs on Friday.

The St. Louis Cardinals stumbled to begin the second half of the season, but they've been on a roll over the past week-plus to make a surge in the NL Central standings. On Friday, they'll be heading north to Wrigley Field to face the rival Chicago Cubs as they seek to continue their hot streak.

From July 20-22, the Cardinals absolutely pummeled the Cubs at Busch Stadium, outscoring the North Siders 23-1 over the course of the three-game series. After that sweep, St. Louis took three out of four games from the Los Angeles Dodgers.

On Friday, the Cardinals will have Lance Lynn going against the Cubs. Over his past three starts, the pitcher has allowed just one run on 14 hits over 19 innings with 22 strikeouts and five walks.

Location: Wrigley Field, Chicago, Ill.

Game Date & Time: Friday, July 27, 1:20 p.m. CT

TV: FOX Sports Midwest
