Lohse has struck out five, walked three and given up four hits in six innings of work. Brewers starter Marco Estrada has done a nice job stifling the St. Louis offense, allowing four hits in five innings.

The Cardinals got their lone run in the second inning when Daniel Descalso plated Jon Jay with a triple.

St. Louis will complete a sweep of Milwaukee if it is able to hold onto the lead.
