NFL Injuries: Danario Alexander "Limited" In Practice Wednesday After First NFL Start

St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danario Alexander, whose breakout performance in week six came after he spent much of the first two months of the season rehabilitating after his most recent knee surgery, practiced Wednesday in what the official Rams Twitter called a “limited” role.

It goes on to say that Alexander, as well as special teams specialist Chris Chamberlain, who’s missed much of the season, and David Vobora, “participated quite a bit.” Both Chamberlain and Vobora are expected back in week seven’s away game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Post-Dispatch is reporting that Alexander said his knee felt pretty good, which could be less than reassuring for fans who have unilaterally nominated him as savior of the Rams’ weak receiving corps.
