Brian Billick of Fox Sports has released his Week 11 NFL Power Rankings, and in his mind the St. Louis Rams haven't done enough to escape the bottom of the NFC. In a lower quartile largely populated by AFC teams, the Rams the lowest-ranked NFC team at No. 29, which is one spot behind the struggling No. 28 Washington Redskins and four sports behind the No. 25 Seattle Seahawks.
Here is what Billick has to say about the Rams:
RK TEAM RECORD CHANGE HIGH/LOW
29 Rams
2-7 1 24/31 What a spectacular one-handed catch by Brandon Lloyd on Sunday. I don't understand why he has been unable to find a more permanent home in the NFL. Beating the Browns still counts as a win, but its kind of like the junior varsity beating the freshman team in a scrimmage.
