Seahawks Injury Report And Inactives List, Week 11: Deon Butler, Atari Bigby Out

The Seattle Seahawks are facing the St. Louis Rams on Sunday afternoon as they hope to avoid sharing the NFC West basement with St. Louis, and the team recently announced the list of players that will not be suiting up for the game. Here's that list of players, shown below:

  • WR Deon Butler
  • QB Josh Portis
  • DB Atari Bigby
  • CB Ron Parker
  • OT James Carpenter
  • OT Jarriel King
  • DE Anthony Hargrove
  • The good news here obviously is that quarterback Tarvaris Jackson is healthy and playing on Sunday. He's been pretty inconsistent so far with the Seahawks, but he's shown flashes of skill and has led the team to upsets over the Giants and Ravens this season. It also means that Seattle doesn't need to use Charlie Whitehurst, which has to be seen as a positive.

Stay tuned to SB Nation St. Louis for more information. For more on Sunday's game, check out Turf Show Times, SB Nation's St. Louis Rams blog, and Field Gulls, SB Nation's Seattle Seahawks blog.
