Week 14 NFL Power Rankings: CBS Sports Leaves St. Louis Rams In The Cellar

Pete Prisco of CBS Sports has released his Week 14 NFL Power Rankings, and the St. Louis simply don't have any father to drop, so they stay at No. 31 for the third consecutive week. The move leaves them as the worst team in the NFC, looking up at the  the No. 29 Minnesota Vikings, No, 28 Washington Redskins and No. 25 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Here is what Prisco had to say about keeping the Rams at No. 31 after defending the coaching staff and front office several weeks ago:

It's hard to imagine that this regime will be back in its current state. Some heads will roll.

As for the rest of the NFC West, the San Francisco 49ers are sitting pretty at No. 3, the Seattle Seahawks are hovering at No. 22 and the Arizona Cardinals have jumped up to No. 24. Here are Prisco's best and worst in the NFL:

CBS Sports NFL Power Rankings Best and Worst, Week 14
Top Five Bottom Five
1. Green Bay Packers 28. Washington Redskins
2. Baltimore Ravens 29. Minnesota Vikings
3. San Francisco 49ers  30. Jacksonville Jaguars
4. Houston Texans 31. St. Louis Rams
5. Pittsburgh Steelers  32. Indianapolis Colts
