Rams vs. Cardinals final score: Janoris Jenkins interceptions drive St. Louis's first win since October 4

The St. Louis Rams pick up their first win since the last time they beat the Arizona Cardinals, thanks in large part to Janoris Jenkins's two pick-six interceptions.

The St. Louis Rams' offense was driven by rookie cornerback Janoris Jenkins, but that odd formula was more than enough to give the Rams, playing the Arizona Cardinals, their first win in nearly two months on Sunday. Jenkins's two pick-six interceptions led the way against Ryan Lindley and company, and the Rams' offense had enough in the tank to put them over the Gridbirds in Arizona by a final score of 31-17.

The defense, which shut the Cardinals out in the second half, was the story, but the Rams' offense got up off the turf after a slow start to put together a strong performance. Steven Jackson was the story, putting together his best game of the season--he ran the ball 24 times for 139 yards. Sam Bradford had an erratic but ultimately successful game, going 8-for-17 with 205 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception, but Chris Givens's five-reception afternoon for 115 yards and a touchdown was the center of their passing attack.

For the Cardinals, it was a grueling first start for rookie quarterback Ryan Lindley, in to replace Kevin Kolb and John Skelton. He finished 31-for-52 for 312 yards and four interceptions, with the game getting away from him in a hurry after a solid first half.

The Rams improve to 4-6-1 with the win, while the formerly undefeated Cardinals, who haven't won since the last time the Rams beat them on October 4, fall to 4-7.
