Super Bowl Recipes: Because Football, Food Go Together Well

When it comes to the Super Bowl, few things go together better than football and food. And on the day when pretty much everyone goes big rather than go home, that means that somebody in the world is going to create "The Bacon Explosion."

Over at SB Nation, we're rolling out all kinds of recipes and ideas to really mix up your food options for the day. Sure, one can always go the easy route with chips and salsa, but that just seems utterly boring compared to suggestions like country ham and cheddar pretzel bites with jalapeno mustard.

To many sports fans around the country, Super Bowl Sunday is a pretty special day. You might as well have the food that you're eating reflect that, right?

Head over to Patriots blog Pats Pulpit and Giants blog Big Blue View for more on this game. Check out SB Nation NFL for more news and notes around the league.
