Fisher coached Finnegan for a number of years in Tennessee, and the hard-nosed corner is expected to shore up a position that was solid but constantly in flux for the Rams last season. Fisher also confirmed that ex-Titans defensive linemen Jason Jones was in St. Louis and was being heavily recruited by the Rams.

Fisher also acknowledged that DT Jason Jones is in St. Louis and the team is "recruiting" him in hopes of signing him to a deal as well.
