NFL Free Agency 2012: QB Brady Quinn Threw For Rams On Thursday

Stay connected for news and updates

According to Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the St. Louis Rams met with free agent backup quarterback Brady Quinn:

The Denver Broncos, deep in their pursuit of free agent QB Peyton Manning, appear to have little interest in re-signing their third-string quarterback from the 2011 season.

Quinn originally entered the NFL as a first round draft pick in 2007 NFL Draft. Playing his first three NFL seasons with the Cleveland Browns, Quinn found himself buried in the depth charts behind QB Derek Anderson and was ineffective during his 12 starts in that span. In 2010, we the Browns traded him to the Broncos, and he has not appeared in a game since then.
