There have been so many scenarios sketched out in 2012 mock drafts, that it only makes sense that it's now come full circle. The St. Louis Rams started the draft season by being projected to get USC offensive tackle Matt Kalil with the No. 2 overall pick, and now, at least according to ESPN's Todd McShay, they may get Kalil with the No. 6 pick.
McShay offered a sneak preview of his new mock draft this morning, and he has Kalil slipping all the way to the Rams. The wrench comes in two forms: first with the
Minnesota Vikings selecting LSU corner Morris Claiborne, and with the
Tampa Bay Buccaneers picking Boston College linebacker Luke Kuechly. With the
Cleveland Browns quickly nabbing Alabama running back Trent Richardson, Kalil is then left for the Rams.
