Heading into the opening week of the NFL season, the St. Louis Rams are pretty healthy, with the exception of possibly being without three reserve defensive tackles in Michael Brockers, Matt Conrath and Darrell Scott. Those three players did not practice all week and they will be out for Sunday's game.

As for the Lions, they have two players who are doubtful in safety Louis Delmas and cornerback Chris Houston, neither practiced all week.
