The St. Louis Rams report on Twitter (via Rotoworld) that star running back Steven Jackson, limited last week by a groin injury he suffered in the Rams’ first win of the season, is “feeling better” and practicing closer to a full workload than he has in weeks.
A healthier Steven Jackson would be a major boon for a Rams team that’s had to become heavily reliant on rookie quarterback Sam Bradford, who’s gone over 40 pass attempts in two of his first four games. Jackson rushed 22 times for 70 yards in the team’s week four win over the Seattle Seahawks. Through four games he has 400 total yards and two touchdowns.
