Tonight was the only night in the summer with no major league sporting events scheduled, and as a result ESPN aired its annual sports award show, the ESPYs. Here's a recap.
↵There was a comedian involved. He told jokes, though they probably weren't all about O.J. Simpson killing his wife. Some teams won awards based mostly on how many games they won the previous year, or the size of their fanbase. I think maybe they might have musical guests at this thing?
