St. Louis Cardinals first baseman Albert Pujols hit the 400th home run of his career Thursday night against the Washington Nationals. Pujols, who becomes the 47th player to reach the mark, took just two games to reach the mark after his 399th home run on August 23.
This is Albert Pujols's tenth season; he entered the night leading the National League in home runs, something he also did in 2009.
