Sure, things are bad for the St. Louis Cardinals, but Allen Craig fans the world over should make time for game one of the PCL Championship Series, which starts tonight and features Craig and the Memphis Redbirds against the Tacoma Rainiers. The Redbirds clinched their spot last week, when typically sedate pitching prospect Lance Lynn went off for 16 strikeouts in seven innings to pick up the win.
↵The Redbirds are the defending PCL champs, so this is old hat to them—it's probably all that veteran experience that makes them so well-suited to winning down the stretch.
