All the St. Louis Rams had to do to earn their best week one ratings since 2004 was become the worst team in the NFL, draft a franchise quarterback, realize he was good enough to play week one, sell out the Edward Jones Dome to avoid a blackout, and then play a closely contested game against the Arizona Cardinals.
