The St. Louis Rams travel to south Florida on Sunday to face the Miami Dolphins in what promises to be a defensive struggle.
The Rams enter Week 6 at 3-2, one game behind Arizona and San Francisco in the NFC West, and with two consecutive wins against the Cardinals and Seahawks. While the Rams defense has been solid, the offense has struggled to find its footing. St. Louis ranks 29th in the league in total yards per game, 30th in passing yards per game, 23rd in scoring and 22nd in rushing. The loss of leading wide receiver Danny Amendola in last week's game certainly will not help quarterback Sam Bradford get the offense running.
Miami has been slightly better on offense, averaging 373 yards and 20.6 points per game, but the Dolphins are hardly a juggernaut. Rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill has managed to throw for 237 yards a game, but has completed just two touchdown passes. Halfback Reggie Bush has been limited in practice this week as he nurses a sprained knee, and he may be limited Sunday.
