So much for the Blues flying under the radar. Their captain, David Backes, is featured on this months cover. He glares out at the reader, just daring them to do something — or at the very least, daring them to be a member of the Canadian men’s Olympic hockey team.

While the Zoolander quote was a bit random, THN’s question of “why aren’t more people talking about him?” a damn good one. Then again, I suspect Backes prefers it that way, perfect hockey player or not.
