The Ohio Bobcats trailed by double-digits for much of the first half against the North Carolina Tar Heels during the first half of their Sweet 16 matchup, but Ohio would close the gap to head into halftime down only 29-22.
Tyler Zeller has been a killer for the Tar Heels, finishing the half with 11 points and 10 rebounds on 5-of-8 shooting. Forward John Henson has six points and four rebounds for Roy Williams' team at the half.
Guard Nick Kellogg has nine points on perfect 3-of-3 shooting from three-point range to lead Ohio. Guard Walter Offut has seven points for the Bobcats. D.J. Cooper, Reggie Kelly and T.J. each have two points for Ohio.
Ohio is shooting just 8-of-35 in the half (22.9 percent). North Carolina is 12-of-30 (40 percent) from the field. The Tar Heels are out-rebounding Ohio 26-15.
