U.S. Open Golf 2012 Odds: Tiger Losing Lead To Luke Donald, Lee Westwood

Oddsmakers still like Tiger Woods' chances of winning the 2012 U.S. Open, despite him not having won a major tournament since 2008. But as this year's tournament in San Francisco inches closer, oddsmakers have begun to close the gap between Woods and the rest of the field.

The two names to watch are Lee Westwood and Luke Donald, both of whom are tabbed as 11/1 favorites behind Woods. They replaced reigning champion Rory McIlroy, who entered the week as the second favorite behind Woods but who has since dropped to 14/1 odds, a notch ahead of Phil Mickelson.

Here are the top 10 most likely winners, per Bovada:

  • Tiger Woods, 13/2
  • Lee Westwood, 11/1
  • Luke Donald, 11/1
  • Rory McIlroy, 14/1
  • Phil Mickelson, 20/1
  • Dustin Johnson, 25/1
  • Jason Dufner, 25/1
  • Justin Rose, 28/1
  • Matt Kuchar, 28/1
  • Adam Scott 33/1
