Kelci Bryant is an Olympic veteran looking to break through and win her first medal for Team USA. Bryant came very close to medaling during the 2008 summer games:

Kelci Bryant teamed up with Ariel Rittenhouse for the 2008 Olympics and the duo placed fourth in the 3m synchronized springboard, finishing just over four points behind third-place Germany in the standings. Bryant said the defeat has fueled her drive to make the 2012 Olympic team and earn a medal. Her new synchro partner is Abby Johnston, who attends and dives for Duke. Bryant also competes in 3m individual.
