St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola is still out of action with a foot injury, the team reported Wednesday, as one of five Rams who were held out of practice.
The 5'11" receiver missed Sunday's win over the San Francisco 49ers with the foot injury after being held out of practice all week. Amendola has hauled in 576 yards on 51 receptions this season.
Steven Jackson was also held out of practice with a foot injury. In Week 13, Jackson did not practice Wednesday, was limited on Thursday, then participated fully on Friday. He then rushed for 48 yards and caught 69 yards in Sunday's game.
Center Scott Wells (knee) sat out as well. He played in Sunday's game after practicing only Friday last week. Linebacker Mario Haggan is still out with a hurt elbow, and has not played since Week 10.
Mike McNeill was new to the report, and missed Wednesday's practice with a thigh injury. The tight end has appeared in all 12 games for the Rams this year.
