Pete Prisco of CBS Sports has released his Week 14 NFL Power Rankings, and the St. Louis simply don't have any father to drop, so they stay at No. 31 for the third consecutive week. The move leaves them as the worst team in the NFC, looking up at the the No. 29 Minnesota Vikings, No, 28 Washington Redskins and No. 25 Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Here is what Prisco had to say about keeping the Rams at No. 31 after defending the coaching staff and front office several weeks ago:

It's hard to imagine that this regime will be back in its current state. Some heads will roll.

As for the rest of the NFC West, the San Francisco 49ers are sitting pretty at No. 3, the Seattle Seahawks are hovering at No. 22 and the Arizona Cardinals have jumped up to No. 24. Here are Prisco's best and worst in the NFL:

The St. Louis Rams (2-10) lost again in Week 13, falling 26-0 to the San Francisco 49ers (10-2). They belong in the cellar in NFL Power Rankings, right?

With Sam Bradford nursing an ankle injury and the team falling to 2-10 on the season, the St. Louis Rams don't have many things going for them outside of draft position. The only good news might be that the winless Indianapolis Colts are insulating the Rams from the dubious distinction of "NFL's worst team," but it seems as if NFC's worst team is a label befitting the disappointing Rams.

SB Nation's Joel Thorman has released his Week 14 NFL Power Rankings, and the Rams are firmly entrenched as the lowest-ranked NFC team, at No. 31:
