2011 Blues Schedule: St. Louis Travels To Minnesota On Saturday

St. Louis hits the road this weekend.

It's a light weekend schedule for the St. Louis Blues, who will travel to Minnesota on Saturday and then have a couple of days off. Coincidentally or not, St. Louis has been playing better hockey since Ken Hitchcock took over the coaching duties.

The weekend in Blues hockey:

Nov. 19: at Minnesota Wild (7:00 p.m. CT, Fox Sports Midwest)
Like the Blues, the Wild have had some trouble generating offense this season, though they sit in first place in the Northwest Division despite that issue. They've been one of the best teams in the NHL at preventing goals, though, and that's a big reason for the success they've had. St. Louis' has had a lethargic power play to this point, but they may need to take advantage of those situations to win on Saturday. The Wild's penalty kill has been mediocre this season.
