2011 Blues Schedule: Streaking St. Louis Hits The Road

The Blues are on the road for a couple of games this week.

The St. Louis Blues enter the week winners of seven of their last 10 games, with two of the three losses coming in post-overtime shootouts. They've worked their way back into the thick of things in the Central Division and if they're going to keep that momentum going this week, they'll have to start by doing so on the road:

Nov. 29: at Washington Capitals (6:00 p.m. CT, Fox Sports Midwest)
The Capitals have struggled of late and may be something of a wild card since the team fired coach Bruce Boudreau on Monday. The game against St. Louis will be the first with their new coach Dale Hunter calling the shots.

Dec. 2: at Colorado Avalanche (8:00 p.m. CT, Fox Sports Midwest)
Colorado has not been very good at even strength this season -- their 0.72 5-on-5 goals for/against ratio ranks 28th -- but their power play unit ranks among the league's best. St. Louis' 19th-ranked penalty kill may need to step up.

Dec. 3: vs. Chicago Blackhawks (7:00 p.m. CT, Fox Sports Midwest)
The Blues end the week with a big intra-divisional game against the first place Blackhawks, who will also be coming off a game the night prior.
