The St. Louis Blues have been on fire of late, and they're winners of four straight as they head into Friday night's contest against the Colorado Avalanche. As they keep winning, they keep moving up the power rankings from various media outlets, which are aggregated by Real Clear Sports. This week, the Blues check in at No. 11, up two spots from the week prior.

They were ranked as high as No. 8 (by Sports Illustrated) and as low as No. 15 (by TSN). It wasn't long ago that the team was mired down in the 20s, but they seem to be revitalized by new coach Ken Hitchcock, and they're right in the Central Division mix with Chicago and Detroit.
