Predators Vs. Blues Score Update: St. Louis Leads 1-0 After Two Periods

After a scoreless first period, the St. Louis Blues finally lit the lamp in the second period tonight against the Nashville Predators. Jamie Langenbrunner scored his sixth goal of the season off passes from Jason Arnott and Alexander Steen to give the Blues a 1-0 lead six minutes into the second period, which is where we stand heading into the third.

Nashville is out-shooting St. Louis 20-13 through the first two periods. St. Louis is playing a more physical game, though. The Blues have 19 hits compared to 12 for the Predators. St. Louis is also dominating faceoffs, holding a 24-10 advantage right now.

The only penalty in the game thus far happened in the first period when Alexander Radulov of Nashville served two minutes for hooking.
