The MLB playoffs are set following the final day of the season, and the road to the World Series will begin on Friday when Wild Card teams play each other, including the St. Louis Cardinals and Atlanta Braves. Unsurprisingly, the Cardinals aren't exactly the favorites to take home their second straight World Series trophy, after barely scraping their way into the playoffs via the second Wild Card spot in the NL.

According to Bovada, the Cardinals have the second lowest odds of any team to win the World Series, with their 15/1 odds putting them only just above the Baltimore Orioles at the bottom of the group.

The Braves are expected to take the one-game series against the Cardinals, with a -160 line as the favorites. Their World Series chances are similarly not expected to be good even if they win the Cards series, with 12/1 odds.

Here are the odds for every team to win the World Series:

New York Yankees 9/2
Washington Nationals 5/1
Cincinnati Reds 11/2
Detroit Tigers 11/2
San Francisco Giants 7/1
Oakland Athletics 15/2
Texas Rangers 15/2
Atlanta Braves 12/1
St. Louis Cardinals 15/1
Baltimore Orioles 18/1
