Cardinals Vs. Brewers Preview: St. Louis Looks To Bust Out Brooms

The red hot St. Louis Cardinals will be going for a sweep of the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday, as well as their fifth win over the Brew Crew in six games in the young 2012 season. But to do so, they'll have to get past Milwaukee ace Zack Greinke, who has as good of a shot as anyone to ice a Cardinals line up that has scored 20 runs in the series' first two games.

The good news for the Cards is that they'll be countering with Jaime Garcia. The lefty has been pretty solid so far this season, posting an ERA under three despite a WHIP of 1.42 that is higher than you'd like to see. Garcia faced the Brewers in his first start of 2012, giving up two earned runs on five hits over six innings while striking out three and walking two.

Greinke is responsible for the Brewers' lone win over St. Louis this year, when he threw seven shutout innings on April 7.

Game date/time: Sunday, April 29, 1:15 p.m. CT

Location: Busch Stadium, St. Louis, Mo.

TV: FSN Midwest
