Cardinals Vs. Brewers Preview: Division Rivals Meet In Sunday Rubber Match

The St. Louis Cardinals suffered their first loss of the new season on Saturday when pitching Zack Greinke shut down the Cards' offense en route to a 6-0 Milwaukee victory at Miller Park. Today, the Cards (2-1) and the Brewers (1-1) will conclude the series with a 1:10 p.m. Easter Sunday start. The Cardinals will send 24-year old righty Lance Lynn to the mound, while 35-year old lefty Randy Wolf takes the hill for the Brewers.

Lynn has never started against the Brewers, but he had success as a rookie on the Cardinals' World Series winning team last season. Lynn, in 18 appearances and two starts, posted a 3.12 ERA and a 1-1 record. He went 2-0 in the playoffs with a 3.27 ERA in 10 relief efforts.
