Cardinals Vs. Astros Starting Lineups

The St. Louis Cardinals look to position themselves for a three-game sweep, as they play host to the Houston Astros in the second game of a three-game series on Wednesday night.

Adam Wainwright dominated the Astros on Tuesday night, leading the Cardinals to a 7-0 victory. On Wednesday night, Kyle Lohse gets the start for the Cardinals, as they look to continue their push in the standings for a playoff spot.

Both managers have announced the starting lineups for Wednesday night's contest, and they are as follows:

Houston Astros

2B Jose Altuve
SS Marwin Gonzalez
1B Brett Wallace
LF Ben Francisco
3B Scott Moore
RF Steve Pearce
CF Brandon Barnes
C Chris Snyder
SP Bud Norris

St. Louis Cardinals

CF Jon Jay
3B Matt Carpenter
LF Matt Holliday
RF Carlos Beltran
1B Allen Craig
C Yadier Molina
2B Daniel Descalso
SS Rafael Furcal
SP Kyle Lohse

Cardinals fans will once again get to fear Bud Norris, as he seemingly only pitches well against St. Louis.
