Steven Jackson On T.Ocho: "The [NFL] lockout is definitely possible."

Steven Jackson's one of tonight's guests on The T.Ocho Show, which will air on Versus at 9:30. If you're not aware of the T.Ocho show I can unpack that portmanteau—it's Terrell Owens and Chad Ochocinco's new talk show. I'm not sure I'd trust that combination with a half an hour of TV, but Versus has passed some quotes along ahead of the actual interview. Here's what I got the most out of:

↵

"I agree with Reggie Bush. I'd rather get hit in my head than my knee"

↵

Really? Clearly Steven Jackson has forgotten more about getting hit in the head and getting hit in the knee than I will ever know, but that's the point.

↵

"The lockout is definitely possible. I tell young players to save their money"

↵

Or else ingratiate themselves as thoroughly as possible with the UFL's owners. Finally, Jackson makes his case for inclusion among St. Louis's sports icons:

↵

"I get better tables in St. Louis than Pujols and Nelly. The Cardinals didn't make the playoffs and Nelly's in the studio right now so I win by default."

↵

I have no way of confirming or denying this assertion. Nelly's been pretty quiet since Sweatsuit, his dominant performance in the 2009 All-Star Celebrity Softball Game aside, but after Albert Pujols's next contract I have to imagine he'll be able to buy and sell every table in St. Louis. The suburbs, too, if he's into that.
