Matt Cassel Questionable, Could Be Game-Time Decision

Matt Cassel was officially listed as questionable on the NFL's Injury Report for Week 15, and while he's practiced with greater intensity each of the last three days he's been back the Kansas City Chiefs and Chief-Watchers are unable to predict whether he or Brodie Croyle will make Sunday's start against the St. Louis Rams

Cassel has been taking the starter's share of practice time, but the Chiefs will obviously make the Rams prepare for two quarterbacks as long as they can possibly hold out. Though, to be honest, I'd imagine the Rams are busier focusing on Thomas Jones and Jamaal Charles than they are Matt Cassel and Brodie Croyle.

Me—I'm admittedly more worried about Matt Cassel, who is exactly as talented as the Chiefs' run-oriented offense needs him to be and not a bit more, but I don't like the idea of facing Brodie Croyle while he's stuck on 0-10, either. Losing streaks are scary—you can't be too dismissive, lest it be turned upon you after it's broken, but the very nature of the streak begs you to be.
