After the St. Louis Rams (1-7) engineered a stunning upset of the New Orleans Saints in week eight, they managed to come crashing back down to Earth in a 19-13 overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals and backup QB John Skelton last week. With Sam Bradford getting healthier by the day, the Rams hope to get back on track when the visit the Cleveland Browns (3-5) on Sunday.
According to Odds Shark, the game is expected to be a close contest, as the Rams opened as 1 point underdogs to the Browns. The line has moved further up for the Browns since the open to 2.5 and 3 points.
The Browns are without running backs Peyton Hillis and Montario Hardesty, and will look to Chris Ogbonnaya to fill that role. Meanwhile, Sam Bradford will still be adjusting to his new wide receivers. Brandon Lloyd is developing a rapport with the young QB, Mark Clayton has been recently activated from the PUP list, but Greg Salas is lost for the remainder of the season. Points may not be easy to come by for either team in this matchup, as the over/under is set at 37 points.
