The nine-writer panel at NFL.com has posted its Week 11 NFL Power Rankings, and the St. Louis Rams have moved up two spots to No. 29. The Rams actually received the same number of votes as the Washington Redskins, leaving the two teams in a tie for the worst in the NFC. With the 3-6 Philadelphia Eagles still all the way up at No. 19, perhaps the Rams can rise up the rankings quickly if they can put together a win streak.
Here is how NFL.com's panel sees the best and the worst teams in the league as of Week 11:
NFL.com's Top 5
1. Green Bay Packers
2. San Francisco 49ers
3. Pittsburgh Steelers
4. New Orleans Saints
5. Houston Texans
NFL.com's Bottom 5
28. Carolina Panthers
29t. St. Louis Rams
29t. Washington Redskins
31. Cleveland Browns
32. Indianapolis Colts
