Pete Prisco of CBS Sports has released his Week 12 NFL Power Rankings, and the St. Louis Rams have dropped back down to No. 31. The fall was only one spot from last week, but it was enough to ensure the Rams are listed as the NFC's worst team once again.
Just looking at how the Rams have trended with Prisco say quite a bit, but consider that over the last week weeks he has been insisting that the team is "still fighting" and that the head coach "should keep his job," but now it has come to this in Week 12's assessment:
There have simply been too many injuries to overcome. That is showing up now in a big way.
Here are the best and worst in the league according to Prisco:
1. Green Bay Packers
2. San Francisco 49ers
3. Houston Texans
4. Baltimore Ravens
5. Pittsburgh Steelers
28. Minnesota Vikings
29. Jacksonville Jaguars
30. Arizona Cardinals
31. St. Louis Rams
32. Indianapolis Colts
