Steven Jackson is coming off one of the toughest games of his season, having gained only 42 yards on 15 carries against the Seahawks in the Rams' Week 11 loss. Despite that, numberFire.com is projecting Jackson as the No. 5 overall running back in Week 12, and he should be started in all fantasy formats.
Jackson's performance last week snapped a three game streak of 100-yard rushing games, a run that included Jackson totaling 130 yards in Week 9 against the Cardinals. Arizona is giving up an average of 127 yards a game on the ground this season, and with second string running back Cadillac Williams out on Sunday, Jackson figures to carry much of the load, which bodes well for his fantasy owners.
