NFL Power Rankings Week 16: FOXSports Keeps Rams In Cellar, Vaults 49ers To No. 4

The latest NFL Power Rankings continue to filter in as Week 16 approaches. The most recent offering from FOXSports' Brian Billick have the St. Louis Rams looking as miserable as ever:

31. Rams, 2-12: They hung with the Bengals longer than I thought, but this just isn't a very talented team.

After the Indianapolis Colts (1-13) managed to win last Sunday, the Rams sit precariously close to the bottom of pretty much every Power Rankings list -- though such a position also comes with a top draft pick.

Meanwhile, the Rams' division rival the San Francisco 49ers (11-3) have propelled themselves to No. 4 on Billick's Power Rankings following their surprise Monday Night Football victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers (10-4, ranked No. 6). The 49ers, who are the only NFC West team above .500 in 2011, have bulldozed their way into the franchise's first playoff birth since Jeff Garcia was under center.
