NFL Picks Week 16: CBS Sports Panel All In On Steelers Beating Rams

Week 16 of NFL action means a lot less to the St. Louis Rams than it does to their opponent, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and experts across the web are taking notice. Sure the Rams haven't done much to inspire confidence after losing five straight games, but they did show some fight with Kellen Clemens at the helm last week. CBS Sports' panel of five experts has weighed in on the Rams' chances this week, but unfortunately they are in complete agreement that the Steelers will win. Here is what Pete Prisco had to say in his personal picks column:

The Rams don't have any semblance of an offense. Kellen Clemens will start again at quarterback. The Steelers are playing on a short week, but it won't matter here. That defense will smother the Rams offense. Even a banged-up Ben Roethlisberger won't stop the Steelers from winning big. And if he doesn't play, it won't matter either. Steelers 26, Rams 7.

The rest of the NFC West action breaks down like this: the panel has a 4-1 split favoring the Seattle Seahawks to upset the San Francisco 49ers, and they formed another 4-1 split predicting the Cincinnati Bengals will beat the Arizona Cardinals.
