Madden 12 Cover-Boy Peyton Hillis Announces Browns' Selection Of Phil Taylor

Thanking his lord Jesus Christ instead of his commissioner Roger Goodell, Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis—most recently named surprise cover-boy of Madden 12—announced their selection of Phil Taylor with the 21st pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. A popular choice for the Kansas City Chiefs in Mock Drafts, the Browns decided to cut out the middleman and trade for the Chiefs’ pick to get their man. The Chiefs will get the Browns’ third-round pick for the privilege.

Taylor, a massive nosetackle for the Baylor Bears, is one of the most accomplished run-stoppers in the 2011 NFL Draft class. It’s hard to run through a hole if there isn’t one, and Mocking the Draft notes that Taylor’s strong base and “violent hands” will make him tough on running backs all over the NFL.
