On Monday, the Rams announced they had fired Spagnuolo and their GM Bill Devaney after a fifth consecutive losing season. Rumors have begun to swirl concerning former head coach Jeff Fisher who appears as a likely candidate to take over for Spagnuolo.
Fisher coached the Tennessee Titans for 17 years, leading the team to a 142-120 record and orchestrating an AFC Championship in 1999. He was fired after a 2010 season in which the Titans finished 6-10.
