The St. Louis Rams are in London, England, getting prepped for the New England Patriots in Week 8 on Sunday, and oddsmakers see them as underdogs by more than a touchdown.
According to OddsShark, the Rams opened this week as 6-point underdogs but the line has since moved, with the Patriots now listed as 7½-point favorites. The over/under point total began the week at 46½ points and has seen a slight uptick, as it now sits at 47 combined points.
New England, with losses to the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals already, will try to notch their first win over a team from the NFC West division against St. Louis. The Rams, on the other hand, lost to their only AFC East opponent, the Miami Dolphins, 17-14, in Week 6. As underdogs in last week's 30-20 loss to the Green Bay Packers, St. Louis wasn't able to cover the 4½-point game spread.
After the trip overseas, both teams will enter their bye weeks in Week 9.
