Week 5 NFL Odds And Lines: Cardinals Vs. Rams

Despite being undefeated, the Arizona Cardinals are not considerable favorites over the St. Louis Rams.

The Arizona Cardinals (4-0) are only 1.5-point favorites for Thursday night's game against the St. Louis Rams (2-2) in the Edward Jones Dome.

This is a somewhat surprising considering that the Cardinals have been victorious in their last seven road games against the Rams, but obviously Vegas is a fan of what St. Louis has done lately.

The Rams have been allowing only 213.5 passing yards per game to their opponents while snatching eight interceptions on the season. And with the Cardinals are traveling cross-country on short rest four days after arguably their sloppiest performance of the season against the Miami Dolphins, it's very possible their struggles could continue.

Then again, the Rams are going to need to begin putting more points on the board if they're to consistently hang around in games. St. Louis is averaging the seventh-worst points per game in all the NFL at 19.8 with Sam Bradford unable to make this air attack a consistent threat (220.3 passing yards per game).

Kickoff for this Thursday night special is scheduled for 8:20 pm ET with the NFL Network providing televised coverage.
