Rams vs. 49ers injury report: Amendola out, Jackson limited

Running back Steven Jackson could be ready to play against the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday.

It's a mix of good news and bad news for the St. Louis Rams after practice on Thursday. Running back Steven Jackson was able to practice, albeit in a limited fashion, after missing practice completely on Wednesday with a foot injury.

The good news from the Rams' practice facility stops there. After missing time with an injured shoulder earlier this season, wide receiver Danny Amendola sat out of practice for the second straight day as he nurses a foot injury. Center Scott Wells also missed his second practice this week with a knee injury.

On the defensive side of the ball, starting defensive end Robert Quinn was also out of practice as he deals with a concussion. The Rams would love to have him back against the San Francisco 49ers this Sunday; he's recorded 8.5 sacks this season. Linebacker Mario Haggan also sat out of practice for the second day as he nurses an elbow injury. Haggan has played in just seven games for the Rams this season.
