St. Louis Rams wide receiver Danny Amendola missed St. Louis' Week 13 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers because of a lingering heel injury.

Amendola was listed as doubtful headed into the contest, and typically players designated as doubtful are left inactive. Amendola, however, played during St. Louis' Week 12 win over the Arizona Cardinals after being listed as doubtful, and hauled in one catch for 38 yards.

When healthy, Amendola has been one of Sam Bradford's favorite targets, hauling in at least five receptions in each game Amendola has emerged healthy. Unfortunately for the Rams, Amendola has missed four games altogether, and did not play much in either game against the Cardinals because of injury.

Aside from Amendola, the Rams emerged from their thrilling win over the 49ers unscathed by injury.

St. Louis will head to upstate New York in Week 14, when they take on the Buffalo Bills. It's still too early to know if Amendola will be available for the Rams next Sunday.
